Eirini Bogdanou is a visual artist who lives and works in Athens.

I sometimes even surprise my self with the urge that comes over me and makes me want to experiment with new techniques, materials and themes.

Well, they say that we should never seek shelter from a brainstorm.

"Nature's force" is inspired by the IS car series of Lexus, and traditional Japanese art. Presented at the "Art and Technology" art show, held at Hellenic World Center, Athens, in 2010. Size 200x100cm, acrylics on canvas.

"Recycle" won the First Prize and decorated the new recycle bins of Athens. The original artwork was presented in a show in 2008 at the Eugenides Foundation, Athens. Acrylics on canvas.

"Shadow box Kingdom".

This is one of my all time favorites. I created this when I decided for the first time that I needed to see a third dimension in my "shadows". Since then it has stuck with me. I also intended to convey a sense of movement -not actual movement. I always believed that one day I will return to this track of inspiration where this piece came from.
